We Are Hiring
Sales Advisor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand all our products and services well and explain them confidently to customers
- Work closely with teammates to meet monthly sales goals
- Recommend suitable cars based on customer needs and requirement
- Able to negotiate with customers to close sales
- Handle all paperwork for customer interactions, from test drives to car deliveries
- Knowing how to find own sources of customer prospects other than walk-ins.
Requirements
- Have knowledge in social media marketing
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Possess a positive and dynamic working attitude as well as the willingness to learn.
- Working experience in car sales and an understanding of the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English, Malay
- Possess own transportation & Driving (D) License
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work on weekends & public holidays

Service Advisor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform service consultations with customers directly at the vehicle in the service bay.
- Create detailed service orders including vehicle details, diagnosis, estimated time for repairs, labor hours, completion dates, costs breakdowns, and descriptions of reported issues.
- Confirm parts availability before starting repairs.
- Check for any outstanding recall campaigns before scheduled appointments.
- Present dealership accessories, lifestyle products, and additional services during consultations.
- Offer advice on handling accident damage.
- Ensure customer mobility during service appointments.
- Get customer approval for any changes to service orders and communicate these to the workshop.
- Review and approve accurate service invoices.
- Follow relevant Terms and Conditions of Repairs.
- Give final approval and explanation of invoices to customers.
- Return the vehicle to the customer after servicing.
- Make follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction after service completion.
- Provide pricing information and agree on scheduling.
- Evaluate warranty and goodwill requests.
- Agree on payment terms with customers prior to scheduling service.
- Ensure all vehicle and customer information is accurately recorded.
- Document findings for any declined repairs.
- Provide cost estimates considering all aspects.
- Coordinate with Parts Sales for parts availability.
- Prepare and clarify invoices for customers.
- Take necessary steps to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication skills with excellent customer service etiquette.
- Computer literate (Word & Excel) possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English, Malay.

Automotive Technician (Car)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify issues and perform diagnostic tests to determine the cause of problems.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Perform mechanical repairs, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and exhaust system repairs.
- Replace or repair worn or damaged vehicle parts and components.
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic devices problem, including wiring, sensors, and vehicle control systems.
- Address issues related to engine management systems and onboard computer systems.
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance activities meet safety and quality standards.
- Perform safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle repairs, services, and parts used.
- Create and updated reports and documentation for customers and management.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, costs, and timeframes to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns professionally.
- Order, track, and manage the inventory of spare parts and materials.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and parts innovation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least minimum SKM level 2 / Diploma in Automotive or equivalent.
- Good written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a team player who can also work independently when required.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be focused on achieving key objectives in your work area.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic system.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving ability.
- Physical strength and dexterity for manual labor and lifting heavy objects.
- Computer literate: MS Office & MS Excel.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or with working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Working experience in car servicing environment will be added advantage.
